The African Centre for Democracy and Human Right Studies (ACDHRS) is now accepting applications for participation in a training workshop on accessing regional and international human rights mechanisms. The ACDHRS is an independent, non-profit organization that promotes human rights and democracy issues in the African continent through training, advocacy, networking, and action-oriented research. The training will be held on October 15-16, 2016 in Banjul, The Gambia and are open to all who are actively working in human rights work. Priority will be given to applicants whose State Reports were examined during the 59th Ordinary session of ACHPR. Applications are due September 15, 2016.
