Robert Hårdh is the head of charities at Novamedia Sweden, an organization which operates a lottery that donates large portions of proceeds to charity. Prior, he was the executive director of Civil Rights Defenders, a nonprofit organization promoting civil rights and providing support for human rights defenders at risk. Hårdh is a member of the Advisory Council to the Committee for Human Rights in North Korea. Hårdh is a member of the World Movement for Democracy Steering Committee.
