Samuel Kofi Woods II describes the importance of having an entry strategy for going into government. He also highlights the importance of consulting with allies prior to entering government and the benefit of consulting with them while in government.
He joined the Liberian government in 2006 as the Minister of Labor. He served as the Minister of Labor until he became the Minister of Public Works in 2009. He was appointed by President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf after the democratic transition.
